All orders are handmade with love! please allow 7 business days for processing before shipment. Custom or personalized orders may require additional time.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your package ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. please allow up to 24 hour's for tracking updates.
Returns & Exchanges :
All sales are final due to the custom and handmade nature of my products. However, I want you to love your order!
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at praiseandblingcreations@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I'll be happy to offer a full refund or send out a replacement.
Lost or Delayed Packages :
While I do my best to ensure safe delivery, I am not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the postal carrier. If you have an issue with your shipment, please reach out so I can assist however possible!
